Forklift Trainer/Assessor

Foresite Training, a registered training organisation, is hiring a Forklift Trainer/Assessor for its Hallam and Laverton North campuses in Victoria. You'll teach and assess forklift and order picker licence training, with a focus on safe operating practices in real warehouse settings. Full-time or part-time.

What you'll do

- Deliver practical forklift and order picker training and assessments
- Run hands‑on sessions that reflect real warehouse and logistics environments
- Build safe operating practices, workplace awareness and operational competency
- Train and assess in line with licensing, regulatory and compliance requirements
- Keep accurate student records, assessment documents and reports
- Promote workplace safety and industry best practice
- Work with the training team to deliver job‑ready outcomes

What they're looking for

- Experienced forklift operators,



warehouse professionals or logistics workers with hands‑on experience
- Practical knowledge of forklift operations, warehouse procedures and workplace safety
- Able to support students from diverse backgrounds
- Training or assessing experience is highly regarded, but industry professionals moving into training are welcome. Foresite supports and mentors the right people to become qualified trainers and assessors.
