Indigenous Business Growth is recruiting an Area Manager - Structures to lead secure, commercial and program delivery of structural packages across the western area of South East Queensland. You will own delivery strategy, oversee design reviews, and drive turnover and handover of assets.

You will manage multidisciplinary teams and major subcontractors, ensure quality, safety and profitability, and work closely with earthworks, utilities and rail interfaces to meet program milestones.
