The Role:

As Site Supervisor, you'll be responsible for managing multiple investment homes from commencement through to completion and handover.





You'll coordinate trades and subcontractors, manage construction schedules, oversee quality and safety, and ensure homes are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.

With no direct client interaction, you'll have the opportunity to focus on running your sites, building strong trade relationships and delivering quality homes.

What We're Looking For:

- Previous experience supervising residential homes in QLD
- Current QBCC Site Supervisor or Builder's Licence
- Experience managing multiple builds in a volume environment highly regarded
- Strong understanding of residential construction, quality and site safety
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to build solid trade relationships
- A proactive, hands-on approach and a genuine commitment to quality
