The Financial Controller / CFO will work closely with directors and senior management to maximise financial performance through provision of commercial insight, input to strategic decisions and reliable forecasting.

Essential will be your experience in a project or job costing-based business,



with 5 plus years experience at FC/CFO level in a mid-size business where you have operated as part of the management team.

Your energetic, proactive, adaptable approach combined with a commercial mindset will be a good fit with the management team.

The capability to be hands-on, solutions-focused, and comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment, with the confidence to question existing processes and the drive to turn insights into practical improvements are also essential attributes.

CPA, CIMA or CA qualifications are regarded as essential to be considered for this role.
