The Centre for Continuing Education, a community-owned, not-for-profit adult and community college with more than 60 years of history, is looking for an Enrolment and Pathways Officer to cover a maternity leave position. You'll guide students through enrolment and support them through their learning in The Centre's partnership with Wodonga TAFE. It's a hands‑on role, often working alongside learners in the classroom.

What you'll do

- Help students through the enrolment process
- Support learners throughout their course, from enrolment to completion
- Work with learners, trainers and Wodonga TAFE
- Build relationships with learners, trainers and industry partners

What they're looking for

- Certificate III or higher in Education or Business Administration, or significant experience in quality and compliance
- Current Victorian Working with Children Check (employee)
- Satisfactory National Police Records Check
- Empathy, collaboration and strong communication with people from diverse backgrounds
- A passion for education and student success

Key selection criteria

- Delivering a high standard of service in a busy customer service or administration environment
- Experience in roles that need high attention to detail and accuracy
- High-level computer skills, including databases, Outlook and Word
