Packaging Operator – Diecutting

We are looking for an experienced Packaging Operator to join our production team.

In this hands-on role, you will operate and maintain print finishing machinery, ensuring packaging jobs are produced safely, efficiently and to the highest standards of quality.

We are looking for someone with experience operating BOBST Diecutters, including stripping and blanking processes within a packaging environment.

Shift hours: Monday to Friday, 10.00pm – 6.00am.

Location: Kemps Creek

Key Responsibilities

- Set up and operate Diecutting and other bindery machinery to achieve production targets.
- Follow job tickets,



work instructions and customer specifications.
- Complete quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.
- Monitor production schedules and maintain efficient workflow.
- Troubleshoot machinery and production issues.
- Perform basic machine maintenance and report any faults.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
- Follow all workplace health and safety and company procedures.

About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

- Trade qualification in Print Finishing
- Previous experience operating BOBST Diecutters.
- Experience with stripping and blanking processes, preferably within packaging production.
- Sound knowledge of print finishing and production processes.
- The ability to set up, operate and troubleshoot machinery.
- A strong focus on quality, safety and meeting production targets.
- A reliable, proactive approach and the ability to work as part of a team.
