We are seeking an experienced and reliable Part-Time Breakfast Buffet Chef to join our kitchen team. This role is ideal for an organised and proactive chef who enjoys working independently and takes pride in delivering a high-quality breakfast service.

About the Role

- Part-time position – approximately 30 hours per week

- 5 shifts per week

- Morning shifts from 5:30am to 11:30am

- Prepare, cook, and present a high-quality breakfast buffet

- Manage buffet replenishment and maintain presentation throughout service

- Complete daily food preparation for breakfast operations

- Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen organisation

- Work efficiently and independently while supporting the wider kitchen team when required

About You

- Previous experience in a similar breakfast or hotel kitchen role

- Strong organisational and time management skills





- Proactive with food preparation and buffet management

- Able to work independently and take initiative

- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

- Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences
