Key Responsibilities

- Ownership of month-end reporting and financial results

- Preparation of forecasts, budgets and analysis

- Balance sheet reconciliations and general ledger management

- Partnering with operational stakeholders to drive performance

- Providing financial insights and decision support to site leadership

- Assisting with stocktakes and inventory-related reporting

- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and business projects

- Mentoring and supporting junior members of the finance team

You will ideally possess:

- Experience within manufacturing, industrial, FMCG or a similar operational environment





- Strong management accounting experience

- Well-developed balance sheet reconciliation and reporting skills
- The ability to build relationships with both finance and non-finance stakeholders
- A proactive and hands-on approach

- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
