About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Property Manager to join a professional and team-oriented office that puts its clients first, values its people and provides the support and resources to help you succeed. Your responsibilities will include:

- Taking responsibility for the ongoing management of a residential portfolio.

- Coordinating maintenance requests and ensuring properties remain compliant.

- Following up rental arrears and managing tenancy-related matters.

- Carrying out routine inspections and final inspections.

- Building trusted relationships with clients and tenants.

- Handling bond negotiations and attending VCAT hearings when required.

- Staying across legislation, deadlines and general portfolio administration.

About you

- At least 2 years' experience within residential Property Management or Assistant Property Management.

- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.





- A sound understanding of Victorian tenancy legislation and industry requirements.

- Current Agent's Representative Certificate.

- Experience with PropertyMe will be highly regarded.

- A current driver's licence.

- A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team environment.
