Fantastic Furniture is entering a new chapter. With current ownership, a new CEO and a period of investment and transformation underway, we're looking for a Regional Manager who wants to help shape the future of our stores and teams.

Reporting directly to our Chief Operating Officer for the first 6 months, you'll have the opportunity to contribute ideas, influence change and see the impact of your leadership across your region.

You'll join a well-known Australian retail brand with strong customer traffic and incentives that reward results.

The opportunity

This is a hands-on leadership role with ownership of your region's performance. You'll spend time in stores, work alongside our Retail Business Leaders and help them build confident teams, deliver great service and achieve strong commercial results.

You'll focus on

- Developing leaders: Coach your store leaders, give clear feedback and build the next generation of talent.
- Driving results: Turn business priorities into practical store plans that improve sales, profitability and cost control.
- Raising standards: Influence consistent service, presentation, stock management and operational performance.
- Leading change: Bring ideas, challenge existing approaches and help teams put improvements into practice.
- Creating safe workplaces: Keep safety part of everyday decisions and support teams to identify and address risks.
- Taking ownership: Understand what drives performance,



act on opportunities and follow through on commitments.

You may only have one year of multi-site leadership experience or a longer track record. What matters is how you lead, your mindset to be drive simplicity and be better than competitors.
