? We're Hiring | Sales & Logistics Coordinator
Glass House Mountains, QLD | Full time | Monday–Friday, 7am–3pm
Are you an organised, proactive people person who enjoys solving problems, building customer relationships and keeping a busy operation running smoothly?
We're looking for a Sales & Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Wild Horse Turf.
As a family-owned business with more than 20 years in the turf industry, we've built our reputation on quality products, reliable service and strong customer relationships.
This is a varied, hands-on role at the heart of our daily operations. You'll be the important link between our customers, farm team and delivery contractors, ensuring turf orders move seamlessly from the first enquiry through to delivery.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing incoming sales enquiries and providing excellent customer service
- Coordinating turf orders, deliveries, collections and laying schedules
- Preparing daily harvesting schedules and liaising with our farm team
- Building relationships with customers, suppliers and contractors
- Assisting with invoicing, administration and sales support
- Helping to identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experiences
What we're looking for:
You'll be someone who takes pride in getting things right, communicates confidently and can juggle competing priorities without losing your sense of humour.
Experience in sales, customer service, logistics or a similar coordination role will be highly regarded. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and confidence using computer systems are essential.
You don't need to know anything about turf to get started. We're happy to teach you that part!
Why join Wild Horse Turf?
? Work with a supportive, down-to-earth team in a locally owned business.
? Enjoy a varied role with genuine responsibility and the opportunity to make a difference.
? Monday to Friday, 7am–3pm — your afternoons and weekends are yours!
? Be part of an established and respected business servicing residential, commercial and sporting customers across South East Queensland.
Interested? We'd love to hear from you.
