Palo Alto Networks is seeking an Onboarding Customer Success Manager for the ANZ region. You will lead structured onboarding journeys, aligning customer goals with measured milestones, while coordinating with Sales, Services, Support, and Renewals to ensure a consistent experience.

You will drive adoption and satisfaction, working closely with customers and internal teams to remove roadblocks and communicate value. Some travel may be required to support customer needs.
