Stream Healthcare is recruiting Community Occupational Therapists across Sydney metro to work with a range of paediatric and adult clients in community-based settings.

Locations: Western Sydney, Innerwest, Northern Sydney

The Role:

- Deliver community-based assessments and interventions for paediatric and adult clients
- Provide mobile services across clients' homes, schools and community settings
- Support clients to develop independence and achieve their functional goals
- Complete functional assessments, equipment recommendations and ongoing therapy
- Collaborate with families, support coordinators and multidisciplinary teams
- Manage a diverse caseload tailored to your experience and interests

Essential Criteria:

- Current or eligible AHPRA registration
- Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)
- Working With Children Check
- National Police Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
