Location: Wetherill Park, NSW Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 2:00pm Pay Rate: $37.50 per hour Employment: Ongoing work
We are currently looking for an experienced Yard Hand / Forklift Operator to join our team on an ongoing government project based in Wetherill Park.
About the Role
You will be working in a busy yard environment, responsible for:
- Operating a forklift to load and unload trucks
- Moving products and materials around the yard
- Preparing and organising products for transport to Garden Island
- Ensuring materials are handled safely and efficiently
- General yard duties and maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Following all site safety and government project requirements
About You
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- Previous forklift operating experience - essential
- Experience loading and unloading trucks
- A valid White Card
- Ability to pass a Police Check
- Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol Test
- Good understanding of workplace health and safety procedures
- Reliable transport and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 2:00pm
Previous yard, logistics, transport or warehouse experience will be highly regarded.
