We are seeking reliable, hardworking Concrete Laborers to join our team for upcoming residential, civil, and commercial projects across the region. You will work alongside experienced tradespeople performing prep work, pouring, finishing assistance, and site setup/cleanup.Key Responsibilies -Site Preparation: Explicit, level and compact sub-basesFormwork & Steelwork: Erect formwork, lay mesh, tie rebar, and place chairsPouring & Placement: Assist with concrete pouring & placement, screeding, and levelingMaintenance & Clean up: Operate basic hand and power tools safely, wash down equipment, and maintain a tidy site.Requirements -Physical fitness and willingness to perform heavy manual labour in outdoor conditionsWhite CardValid driver's licence and reliable transportExperience with hand and power toolsPrior experience in concreting, civil works, or general construction preferred (entry-level applicants with strong work ethic will be considered)What we offer -Competitive hourly rateConsistant local work with steady hoursSupportive team environment and opportunities to develop skills
