Field Based Collections Specialist Your new company An established and growing organisation within the financial services sector is seeking motivated and customer-focused professionals to join its field collections team. Your new role This is a field-based position where you'll spend much of your time meeting customers face-to-face, building relationships, and helping achieve positive outcomes. You will operate autonomously while being supported by an experienced and collaborative team. Key responsibilities include: Meeting customers in person and conducting follow-up discussions via phone Negotiating and establishing sustainable repayment arrangements Building rapport and maintaining professional customer relationships Monitoring payment arrangements and managing follow-up activities Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures Managing your own schedule and travel requirements Travelling nationally as required (once every 5 weeks)
