The Role

- Assist with the day-to-day management of a residential property portfolio
- Manage tenant and landlord enquiries and build strong relationships
- Coordinate maintenance requests and routine inspections
- Assist with lease renewals, rent reviews and leasing processes
- Build your confidence in end-to-end portfolio management with ongoing support and training

About You

- Previous experience in Property Management or a Property Management Assistant role.
- Current WA Property Management registration.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Organised, proactive and willing to learn.
- A genuine interest in building a long-term career in Property Management.
