Ready to take your first steps into real estate sales? An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated and enthusiastic junior candidate looking to build a long-term career in residential real estate sales.

Working alongside a highly successful and vibrant sales team, you will play an important role in supporting the sales department, gaining hands-on experience across all aspects of the sales process, with a mix of office-based administration and getting out and about in the field.

What you'll be doing:

- Providing day-to-day support to a busy and successful sales team.
- Assisting with sales administration, contracts and campaign coordination.
- Preparing properties for photography, launches and marketing campaigns.
- Attending properties, assisting with opens and general outside duties.
- Liaising with buyers, sellers and other industry professionals.
- Helping keep sales campaigns running smoothly from start to finish.

What we're looking for:

- Some previous experience within real estate is preferred.




- A genuine interest in pursuing a career in residential sales, but also would suit someone who is happy just supporting a sales team
- Real estate registration is highly desirable.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to get involved.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Someone who enjoys being part of a team and takes pride in their work.
- A positive, energetic personality with a willingness to learn.
