THE ROLE:

- Manage a very small of 65 properties end-to-end
- Conduct routine, entry and exit inspections
- Coordinate maintenance and tenancy matters
- Prepare leases, renewals and tenancy documentation
- Manage arrears and resolve issues proactively
- Build lasting landlord and tenant relationships




- Deliver five-star customer service every day
- Maintain compliance and portfolio performance

ABOUT YOU:

- Previous experience in real estate, administration, customer service or sales
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Driven, ambitious and eager to develop a long-term career in real estate
- Highly organised with robust attention to detail
- Valid drivers licence and reliable car
- Holds a Real Estate Certificate of Registration - ESSENTIAL
