We're looking for an experienced Regional Operations Manager to join our Franchise Operations team. This hands-on role will see you working closely with our Franchise Partners and Restaurant Managers, driving restaurant performance, strengthening operational standards and delivering great guest experiences.

You'll play an key role in supporting our growing network, with regular travel required.

What You'll Be Doing

- Build strong relationships with Franchise Partners, becoming their go-to person for operational support, coaching and guidance.
- Regularly visit restaurants across your region, helping Franchise Partners and Restaurant Managers improve standards, team capability and the overall guest experience.
- Work with Franchise Partners to review business performance, including sales, labour, food costs and profitability, identifying opportunities to improve results.
- Complete monthly 5-Star audits and food safety audits, providing practical feedback and following up on agreed action plans.
- Support the rollout of new menus, promotions, pricing, systems and equipment across your region, making sure restaurants are ready and set up for success.
- Work alongside our New Store Opening team to support new restaurant openings and ensure a smooth transition into ongoing operations.
- Support Franchise Partners with local marketing, restaurant presentation and general business improvement opportunities.
- Partner with our Training and Capability teams to build leadership capability, support training initiatives and maintain consistent standards across the network.
- Keep an eye on the guest experience,



ensuring feedback and concerns are followed up and resolved.

About You

- Previous experience in a multi-site restaurant, hospitality or QSR operations role.
- A solid understanding of restaurant operations and what drives commercial performance, including sales, labour, COGS and profitability.
- Experience coaching and developing Restaurant Managers and working with business owners or Franchise Partners.
- The ability to build genuine relationships, influence others and have constructive conversations when standards or performance need to improve.
- A hands-on approach with the ability to identify operational challenges and turn them into practical solutions.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple locations.
- Confidence reviewing business performance, conducting audits and holding people accountable to agreed actions.
- A current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate or equivalent.
- A willingness to travel regularly, both in your allocated region and interstate.
