About the Role

We are partnering with a high-growth business to recruit a Director of FP&A; due to internal promotion.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior FP&A; Manager looking to take the next step into a Director-level position. Reporting directly to a passionate CFO, you will take ownership of the FP&A; function, lead the financial planning and forecasting processes and play a key role in shaping the organisation's commercial strategy.

The business is experiencing significant growth across revenue, headcount and its overall operations, creating an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded finance leader to make a genuine impact.

Key responsibilities include:

- Own and lead the annual financial planning and budgeting process
- Take full ownership of financial forecasting and performance reporting
- Manage and maintain the organisation's financial model
- Lead FP&A; activities, providing meaningful financial insights and analysis
- Business partner with senior stakeholders across Operations, Sales and other key functions
- Prepare and present investor presentations and financial updates
- Support corporate finance activities and strategic business initiatives
- Use financial analysis to identify opportunities, influence decision-making and drive business performance

About You

We are looking for an outgoing, commercially minded finance professional who is ready to step into a broader leadership position.

You will be confident engaging with senior stakeholders, challenging decisions where necessary and using financial insights to influence business strategy.

You will ideally have:





- CA/CPA qualification with a strong technical foundation
- Experience operating at Senior FP&A; Manager level, ready to step into a Director position
- Previous Big 4 accounting background highly regarded
- Experience within a smaller, growing business workplace preferred
- Strong ownership of budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and FP&A;
- Proven ability to business partner with senior stakeholders across multiple functions
- Strong commercial acumen with exposure to corporate finance and investor reporting
- An outgoing and resilient personality, with the confidence to challenge and influence senior leaders
- A hands-on approach and the ability to operate across a broad commercial remit
