An exciting chance has become available for a Trust Accountant to join a growing specialist financial services business, working across a diverse portfolio of securitisation and structured finance transactions.

This opportunity would suit a Trust Accountant looking to take the next step in their career, with the chance to develop broader trust management responsibilities while working closely with clients, lenders and key industry stakeholders.

The Opportunity

You will take ownership of an assigned portfolio of trusts, overseeing the day-to-day financial and operational management of securitisation structures.

You will play an integral role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, managing trust accounting processes and supporting the execution of complex transactions. The position offers exposure to a range of stakeholders and the opportunity to further develop your technical expertise in structured finance and securitisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day administration and financial management of an assigned portfolio of trusts.
- Prepare, populate and reconcile trust cash accounts and financial reconciliations.
- Oversee monthly trust accounting and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Manage trust funding and subscription processes.
- Perform cashflow distribution and waterfall calculations.
- Identify and resolve financial discrepancies, liaising with servicers and originators.
- Coordinate payment instructions with trustees and ensure distributions are processed accurately.
- Maintain and develop financial models,



with ongoing training and support.
- Build strong relationships with clients, lenders, investors and internal stakeholders.

About You

- Must have a background in Trust Accounting or trust management.
- Understanding of trust structures, financial SPVs or fund administration.
- Strong Excel skills and high attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve financial discrepancies.
- Strong communication skills and confidence managing multiple stakeholder relationships.
