Working across a rotating roster of mornings, afternoons, weekdays and weekends, you will perform preventative maintenance, fault finding, repairs, and respond to maintenance requests to ensure a safe, comfortable, and exceptional experience for our guests, residents, and team members. + Carry out preventative and corrective maintenance across guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house, and residential facilities. + Troubleshoot and repair faults relating to electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, and mechanical systems within licence limitations.



+ Maintain and repair guest room fixtures, fittings, furniture, and equipment. + Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies. + Assist with operation and monitoring of building plant and equipment. + Complete maintenance records and work orders using hotel systems. + Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company policies and WHS requirements. + Support energy conservation and sustainability initiatives. + Participate in special projects, refurbishments, and hotel improvement works as required. **What are we looking for?** A Duty Technician at Hilton Surfers Paradise is passionate about problem-solving and takes pride in maintaining a world-class property.
