A fresh start by the sea? Join our Coolangatta housekeeping team.

AI Hospitality Solutions is growing on the Gold Coast! We are taking over the housekeeping of a high-end luxury residential and holiday apartment building in Coolangatta, and we’re looking for people who take pride in making every detail shine.

About the role

You’ll help keep beautiful apartments and more importantly the shared spaces looking their best. This is an independent, hands-on role with the freedom to manage your work and the trust to deliver a consistently high standard—all while being part of a fun, supportive team.

We’re looking for people who:

- Have outstanding attention to detail and take pride in their work.
- Are reliable, positive and comfortable working independently.
- Understand that the little things make a big difference.

- Have previous cleaning experience, ideally in hotels or luxury accommodation—highly regarded, but not essential.

What’s in it for you?

- Training to help you feel confident and ready.
- Independence, responsibility and a team to support you.
- Opportunities to grow as we expand across the Gold Coast.
- A company with established teams in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.

Run by hoteliers, for hoteliers.

We understand what happens behind the scenes to create an amazing guest experience. Luxury is in the details—and we’re looking for people who care about them as much as we do.
