The Outdoor Revolution is here, and we are looking for an exceptional Sales Manager to help lead the charge!

We are seeking a driven, energetic and commercially minded sales leader to take the reins of our Jayco Caravan and Quintrex Boat sales departments.

Representing two of Australia's most iconic recreational brands, this is your opportunity to be part of something bigger - helping people discover adventure, freedom and the great Australian outdoors.

Whether it's hitting the open road in a Jayco or exploring the waterways in a Quintrex, you'll be helping our customers turn their dreams into reality.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Reporting directly to the Dealer Principal, you will take responsibility for driving the performance, growth and profitability of our caravan and marine sales operations.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to build a winning team, create an outstanding customer experience and deliver exceptional commercial results.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Leading, motivating and developing a high-performing sales team.
- Driving sales growth and achieving ambitious sales and profitability targets.
- Creating a positive, energetic and accountable sales culture.
- Maximising sales opportunities through strong lead management and customer follow-up.
- Managing stock, inventory, pricing and showroom presentation.
- Developing strategies to grow our market share across the Central West and beyond.
- Building strong relationships with customers,



suppliers and manufacturer partners.
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience from first enquiry through to handover.
- Identifying opportunities to grow both the Jayco and Quintrex businesses.

You'll ideally have:

- Proven experience in sales management and team leadership.
- A strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving profitability.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to inspire, coach and get the best out of people.
- Strong commercial awareness and business management skills.
- A proactive, hands-on approach and a hunger for success.
- A passion for the outdoors, caravanning, boating and the recreational lifestyle.
