About You

You are a passionate digital marketer who genuinely enjoys working with clients. With 3+ years of experience, you’re motivated by achieving strong results and take pride in being a trusted first point of contact for your client portfolio. You work confidently and collaboratively with clients and internal delivery teams to create and communicate strategy, bringing a sound technical understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign execution and playing a key role in driving performance-led campaigns that consistently exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities

This role combines strategic account management across a portfolio of clients and a progression into leadership of the department. Acting as the key link between clients and Reform specialists, you'll oversee campaign execution and ensure high-quality partnerships across our client portfolio. Reporting to the Strategy Lead,



we are looking for a strong communicator who is keen to deliver maximum value to our growing client base across diverse niches.

- Creating, executing, and driving a variety of channel strategies geared to drive leads and sales for our clients
- A confident understanding of marketing channels such as SEO, Google Ads, Social Ads and Conversion Rate Optimisation to be able to have informative conversations with our clients around campaign metrics
- Working closely with internal specialists to oversee campaign execution, manage deliverables and ensure strategies are implemented effectively
- Using analytics and data to report to clients and measure the effectiveness of their campaigns
- Providing quality monthly reporting and recommendations to clients
- Working with the team to project manage and improve all campaign performance
- Leading the onboarding of new clients and ensuring their campaign KPI's are being delivered
- Leadership and management opportunities as part of immediate progression
- Not being afraid to get your hands dirty and help the team when needed.

Requirements

We want to hear from you if you have the following experience:

- 3+ years experience working as an account manager or strategist in digital marketing




- Project management experience working in agencies or fast paced teams across multiple channels
- Experience in using Google Analytics and other similar data platforms
- A sound technical understanding of SEO, Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms, including how campaigns are structured, managed and optimised (any additional platforms are a bonus!)
- Knowledge of ecommerce accounts
- Confidence in speaking with clients and being the liaison between other departments.
- Committed to continued training and development across all departments in our agency
- A “can-do” attitude
