As our Shipping and Transport Coordinator, you will work closely with our Sourcing and Production Manager to coordinate and administer NAR's international inbound freight and domestic outbound transport activities, ensuring products are delivered efficiently, cost-effectively and on time.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Sourcing and Production Manager, you will be responsible for supporting timely, accurate and cost-effective movement of stock from suppliers and freight partners through to NAR's warehouses, 3PL network and customers.

You will be responsible for overseeing shipping and transport administration, maintain accurate freight data, tracking inbound and outbound deliveries, and resolving day-to-day logistics queries across the business.

Success in this role will come from your ability to build strong stakeholder relationships, manage competing priorities and apply your logistics coordination expertise to ensure the seamless movement of inbound and outbound freight.

What you'll do

- Coordinate international inbound freight and domestic transport activities to ensure the timely and cost-effective movement of stock across the supply chain.
- Manage shipping schedules, freight tracking and delivery status updates, communicating risks, delays and changes to key stakeholders.
- Liaise with freight forwarders,



customs brokers, carriers, warehouses and 3PL partners to support timely receipt, dispatch and delivery of inventory.
- Prepare and maintain shipping, customs and transport documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all freight activities.
- Support warehouse and delivery planning, coordinating and communicating container arrivals and delivery schedules with key stakeholders.
- Assist with freight, customs and transport invoice processing, including rate validation and investigation of cost variances.
- Maintain accurate shipping and transport data within business systems and reporting tools.
- Provide regular updates on freight performance, delivery outcomes, DIFOT metrics and transport-related issues, while resolving day-to-day logistics queries.

What You'll Bring

- Minimum 2 years' experience in a logistics, shipping, freight, warehouse administration or supply chain coordination role.
- Exposure to international shipping, customs clearance and/or freight movements, ideally within the apparel, retail or consumer goods industry.
- Experience coordinating domestic transport activities, including carrier bookings, delivery tracking and proof of delivery management.
- An understanding of freight documentation, transport rates, invoice processing and shipment reporting.
- The ability to build relationships and establish credibility with a broad range of stakeholders,



including freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, 3PL providers and warehouse teams.
- Strong administrative and data accuracy skills, with experience working across business systems and databases. Proficiency in Apparel21 is highly desirable.
- Relevant qualifications in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
- A passion for sport, with knowledge of American and domestic sports will be viewed favourably.
