An award-winning, Band 1 Real Estate team is seeking a talented Solicitor to join its growing practice in Melbourne.

In this role, you’ll work closely with highly ranked, industry-leading Partners and collaborate with colleagues across a national Real Estate team on some of Australia’s most significant real estate and infrastructure matters.

The team advises leading local and international developers, investors, corporates, government bodies, and real estate funds on a broad range of high-profile transactions, including matters across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region.

The work is diverse and complex, spanning single-asset transactions through to multi-jurisdictional portfolio transactions, large-scale urban regeneration projects, property development and infrastructure projects, transaction structuring, acquisitions and disposals, development agreements, structured investments, joint ventures, and commercial, industrial and retail leasing.

What You’ll Bring





- Strong transactional real estate experience gained at a top-tier, mid-tier, or specialist firm
- Admission as a lawyer in Australia or Current Zealand
- 2-4 years’ experience
- A collaborative approach and genuine interest in complex, high-value real estate and infrastructure work
