About The Role

We are looking for a creative and commercially minded Store Visual Merchandiser to join our Richmond Showroom team.

This role is responsible for bringing our Richmond Showroom to life through exceptional visual merchandising, furniture placement, styling and product presentation. Working closely with the Store Manager and our national Visual Merchandising team, you’ll ensure the showroom consistently reflects the Coco Republic brand aesthetic, seasonal campaigns and commercial priorities.

From creating inspiring furniture displays and styling beautiful spaces to implementing seasonal updates and coordinating showroom refreshes, you’ll play an important role in creating an engaging customer experience and showcasing our products at their best.

This is a hands-on role for someone who has a genuine passion for interiors, an exceptional eye for detail and an understanding of how great visual merchandising can influence the customer experience and drive sales.

This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role based at our Richmond Showroom, with flexibility to work evenings when required to support showroom refreshes and seasonal changes.

What You'll Do

- Maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards throughout the showroom, ensuring all spaces reflect the Coco Republic brand aesthetic and national VM guidelines
- Bring our showroom to life through considered furniture placement, product pairing, styling, lighting, artwork and homewares presentation
- Create inspiring vignettes and displays that showcase our products and enhance the overall customer experience




- Execute national visual merchandising guidelines, seasonal campaigns, product launches and current arrivals
- Keep showroom displays fresh, relevant and commercially focused, ensuring priority products and key ranges are presented effectively
- Conduct regular visual merchandising walks, proactively identifying opportunities to improve showroom presentation and standards
- Partner with the Store Manager and sales team to ensure product placement supports sales objectives, customer needs and business priorities
- Identify opportunities to improve product visibility, customer engagement and cross-category selling through considered styling and merchandising
- Support showroom refreshes, furniture rotations, goods moves and floor stock changes, ensuring all updates are completed efficiently and safely
- Monitor the condition and presentation of furniture, accessories, props and signage, escalating any damage or maintenance requirements
- Ensure product ticketing, signage and promotional materials are accurate and up to date
- Provide guidance and support to the showroom team on styling, product presentation and maintaining visual standards
- Work closely with the national Visual Merchandising team to communicate updates, share completed display photography and implement new initiatives
- Take ownership of the showroom's overall visual presentation, maintaining a consistently high standard of excellence

Who You Are

- You have experience in visual merchandising, interior styling, furniture retail or a similar creative retail environment
- You have a genuine passion for interiors, furniture, homewares and design




- You have an exceptional eye for detail, colour, composition, proportion and styling
- You understand how to create beautiful, inspiring spaces that connect with customers and showcase products
- You can translate creative direction and visual merchandising guidelines into high-quality in-store execution
- You have a commercial mindset and understand how product presentation can influence sales and customer engagement
- You are proactive, organised and take pride in maintaining exceptional presentation standards
- You are confident working autonomously, taking ownership and identifying opportunities for improvement
- You enjoy collaborating with others and building strong relationships with showroom teams and key stakeholders
- You are comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced retail environment
- You have a practical understanding of workplace health and safety, including safe manual handling
- You have flexibility to support occasional evening work for showroom refreshes and seasonal changes
