GOUGH Recruitment is growing our Melbourne team and we're looking for a Talent Manager to join us.

You might already have recruitment experience and be looking for your next opportunity, or you could be working within real estate sales, property management, leasing or business development and wondering what your next career move looks like.

If you're coming directly from real estate, you don't need recruitment experience. We can teach you recruitment. What you bring is industry knowledge, people skills and an understanding of property that can take years to build.

The Role As our Talent Manager, you'll play a key role in identifying, attracting and building relationships with property professionals across Melbourne.

Working closely with our recruitment consultants, you'll be responsible for building strong candidate pipelines, uncovering talent and connecting great people with the right career opportunities.

Your day will include:

- Proactively sourcing and headhunting property professionals

- Interviewing, screening and registering candidates

- Building and maintaining strong candidate relationships

- Identifying and matching candidates with career opportunities

- Developing talent pipelines across different real estate disciplines

- Re-engaging candidates within our established database

- Advertising roles and managing applications

- Working closely with consultants to understand their vacancies and candidate requirements

- Using SEEK,



LinkedIn and our database to uncover talent

- Conducting reference checks and managing candidate compliance

- Staying connected with candidates throughout the recruitment process and beyond

Who We're Looking For There are two backgrounds we'd love to hear from.

You may already be working in recruitment and looking for a new team, market or opportunity to develop your career.

You may be working in real estate and ready to do something different.
