About the Role

As a Used Vehicle Sales Consultant, you will play an significant role in delivering an exceptional guest experience while achieving your sales goals.

You will be responsible for:

- Meeting and greeting guests and creating a welcoming experience

- Providing expert used vehicle and associated product information

- Selling our extensive range of quality used vehicles in line with monthly sales targets

- Building strong relationships with guests throughout the sales process

- Providing a high level of post-sale service to ensure guest satisfaction

- Following up sales leads and identifying opportunities for new and repeat business

- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and keeping up to date with our vehicle range

- About You

We’re looking for someone who is motivated, personable, and passionate about delivering great customer experiences.

To be successful in this role, you will have:





- Previous automotive sales or retail experience is highly regarded

- Exceptional personal presentation and professional communication skills

- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

- A genuine commitment to providing outstanding customer service

- A motivated and target-driven approach

- The ability to work weekends

- A current and valid driver’s licence
