Ten minutes from Maroubra Beach, in a practice that's already busy, on terms you can walk away from if they don't suit. No lock-in service agreement, no minimum term.

The hours — you pick the sessions

We're not claiming flexibility, we're already doing it. Our current GPs work one, two and three days a week respectively — nobody here is on a roster they didn't choose.

There's also enough demand for a full time GP from the start. One session or ten, the work is there either way.

- Tell us what suits and we'll build the roster around it
- No mandatory weekend or after-hours obligation
- Keep a day at another clinic, a research day, a teaching commitment — no problem
- Change your mind in six months and the sessions move with you
- No lock-in service agreement underneath any of it

The money

- 75% of billings, or $200 per hour for your first 3 months — whichever works out higher for you
- Mixed billing, with scope to grow your private book as you establish
- No lock-in contract. If it isn't right at month four, you leave




- Established patient base with steady demand — the book is there to be worked

The suburb Maroubra is one of the eastern suburbs' most liveable pockets — beach at one end, established family catchment throughout, and the city close enough to be convenient without being your commute. If you've been consulting somewhere you drive an hour to reach, this is the correction.
