About the role

We're looking for a reliable, organised and hands-on Warehouse Manager to run our warehouse at DMG Solar in Southern River, ensuring our solar and battery installation crews have the right equipment ready for each job.

Key responsibilities

- Manage warehouse or stores operations, including receiving deliveries, stock control and dispatch

- Prepare complete installation kits and coordinate deliveries

- Flag shortages ahead of scheduled jobs

- Maintain accurate stock records and complete stocktakes

- Follow through on missing items, damaged goods and supplier returns

- Keep the warehouse tidy and organised with a focus on safely handling panels, batteries and equipment

- Work with installers, office staff and suppliers, raising issues early and helping resolve them

About you

- Experience managing warehouse or stores operations

- Solid organisation skills and attention to detail

- Punctual, proactive and comfortable working independently while supporting the wider team

- Confident using inventory systems, email and spreadsheets

- Current forklift licence (preferred)

- Current driver's licence (preferred)

- Experience in solar, electrical or trade supplies (advantageous)
