Zenviron is seeking an experienced Quality Lead to support the delivery of a major Wind Farm project in the Hunter Region, NSW. This is a unique opportunity to join a market-leading renewable energy contractor and play a key leadership role in the delivery of one of Australia's largest renewable energy infrastructure projects. Initially based in our Newcastle office, you will support project planning, procurement and pre-construction activities before transitioning to site during the construction phase.

As the Quality Manager, you will lead the project's quality function, ensuring compliance with quality management systems, client requirements and industry standards while driving continuous improvement across all project activities.

Key Responsibilities• Lead and conduct quality assurance and quality control functions on a major infrastructure project across multi-discipline scopes largely civil and electrical focused.

- Ensure project compliance with Zenviron's Quality Management System, client specifications and applicable industry standards.
- Maintain and support compliance with ISO 9001 requirements and quality management processes.
- Develop, implement and monitor project quality plans, procedures and initiatives.
- Manage internal, subcontractor and vendor audits, including reporting, corrective actions and close-out activities.
- Monitor project performance against quality objectives and customer requirements.
- Lead the management of non-conformances, corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee inspection and testing activities to ensure materials,



equipment and construction works meet required standards.
- Prepare and present quality performance reports to project leadership and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors and project stakeholders.

What You Will Bring• Previous experience in , Project engineering QA/QC or Quality Lead position within construction, infrastructure, energy, resources or major project environments.

- Board understanding of electrical and civil construction, installation, testing and commissioning processes.
- Experience with online quality management platforms such as Procore is preferred• Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems.
- Experience managing audits, non-conformances, corrective actions and quality reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to lead quality teams and influence positive quality outcomes across large-scale projects.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Solid problem-solving capability and attention to detail.
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, Quality Management or a related discipline will be highly regarded.

The OpportunityThis position is ideally suited to candidates based in Newcastle, Hunter Valley, Sydney, Dubbo or the Mid North Coast regions.



Preference will be given to candidates who can initially work from the Newcastle office before transitioning to site during project delivery.The project will operate on a DIDO basis, with camp accommodation provided.
