We are seeking an experienced Education Sales Specialist or Independent Sales Partner with existing networks across Australian primary schools (K–2), or Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) centers to drive adoption for the R.O.O. Wellbeing Program.

R.O.O. is an creative Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) framework that bridges physical play and digital tools, connecting classroom engagement and home-school continuity.

Key Responsibilities

- Direct School Outreach: Develop and maintain a list of School Principals, Deputy Principals, Wellbeing Leads, and ECEC Directors across Australia/UK or comparable English-speaking country.
- Relationship Building: Leverage your established educator networks to raise awareness and secure program subscriptions.
- End-to-End Pipeline: Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to sale. You will be supported by our Education Specialist.

Qualifications & Experience
- Proven Education Sales Track Record:



Prior experience selling educational resources, EdTech, or SEL programs into Australian primary schools, or a background as a former teacher/school leader who has transitioned into commercial edtech sales.
- Established Network: Active connections with decision makers in primary education and/or early childhood settings. Ability to represent us at conferences and events.
- Consultative Selling Approach: Deep understanding of school purchasing windows, government wellbeing funding, and the everyday priorities of teachers and principals.
- Independent Commercial Partner: You operate under your own registered business/ABN as an independent sales consultant, reseller, or agency seeking a partnership with terms to be discussed.
