Who we’re looking for?

- Experience in a similar commercial and/or retail property management role.
- Relevant degree preferable, i.e. Bachelor of Business (Property) (desirable not essential).
- Hold a valid and current Agents Representative license/Certificate of Registration.
- Strong financial and property management acumen.
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
- Possess strong organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written skills and a outstanding communicator.

The role Reporting to the Senior Property Manager and working within our high-performing AMS team, you will support the day-to-day management of key commercial and retail assets, ensuring all client obligations are met and exceeded. Our AMS team is recognised as a market leader, delivering best-in-class property management services to some of Australia’s most respected institutional and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver professional property management services across a commercial/retail portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, clients,



and internal stakeholders.
- Manage asset financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and recommendations.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports (financials, arrears, maintenance, tenant updates).
- Oversee rent collection and arrears management.
- Proactively manage risk and ensure compliance across all assets.
- Collaborate with Facilities Managers on maintenance, compliance, and WHS initiatives.
