About the Role

We’re seeking a creative, organised and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our team, bringing fresh ideas and a passion for digital marketing, content creation and brand development. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their marketing skills while contributing to a diverse range of exciting marketing initiatives.

Working closely with the National Sales & Marketing Manager and wider team, you will support the development and delivery of engaging marketing initiatives, creating compelling content and promotional materials that strengthen brand awareness, connect with customers and support business growth.

Key responsibilities include

- Create engaging and innovative digital marketing content across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube,



while managing content scheduling and performance monitoring.

- Develop a range of promotional materials, including catalogues, brochures, newsletters and email marketing campaigns.

- Research industry trends, competitor activity and market developments to identify and implement fresh marketing initiatives.

- Design, source and manage company-branded merchandise.

- Provide valuable marketing and project support as required under the direction of the National Sales & Marketing Manager.

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

- The ability to work effectively under tight deadlines while maintaining creativity, accuracy and attention to detail.

- A working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro), WordPress and Microsoft Office are highly desirable.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong organisational, time management and prioritisation abilities.

- The ability to manage multiple projects and communicate ideas clearly and professionally.

- Enthusiasm to develop product knowledge within the Construction and Mining industries.

- A collaborative mindset with a willingness to receive feedback and contribute as part of a team.

Other desirable skills and experience:
- Previous exposure in Marketing, Communications, Social Media, Public Relations or a related field.

- Experience creating and editing written and digital content.

- Graphic design, photography and videography skills.

- Passion for social media and creating engaging content that connects with customers and strengthens brand awareness.
