With strong enrolments for 2027, Mother Duck Childcare & Kindergarten is looking for passionate Lead Educators, Educators and Trainee Educators to join our teams across Brisbane's south-eastern suburbs.

We're recruiting for three exciting opportunities

Lead Educators – Diploma Qualified

Are you ready to lead a studio, mentor fellow educators and inspire meaningful learning experiences? We're looking for confident, reflective Diploma-qualified educators who are passionate about quality practice, teamwork and building strong relationships with children and families.

Educators – Certificate III or Diploma Qualified





Do you love working with children and want to be part of a supportive, experienced team? We're looking for caring, enthusiastic educators who are committed to children's learning, wellbeing and development. Applications from educators actively working towards an approved qualification are also welcome.

Trainee Educators – Start Your Career With Us!

Have you always dreamed of working with children but don't yet have formal qualifications?

We offer paid traineeships where you can work towards your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care while gaining hands-on experience, guidance and mentoring from experienced educators.

We welcome school leavers, career changers and anyone with a genuine passion for working with children. No previous early childhood qualifications are required!
