Glencore’s Oaky Creek Coal at Tieri, QLD, is seeking a Senior Training Coordinator. You will manage site training systems, ensure compliance, forecast training needs and develop training packages for underground and surface coal mine workers.

The role reports to the Training Superintendent within a team-oriented team. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong safety culture, hold formal Assessment & Workplace Training qualifications, and have experience leading large teams.
