Austcorp is partnering with an established Australian engineering and manufacturing business seeking an Engineering & Sales Manager.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you'll lead a small technical team in a hands-on role combining engineering, people leadership and commercial growth.

What will you do?
- Manage and support a team of engineers,
drafters and technical sales staff.
- Oversee engineering design, manufacturing and project delivery.
- Stay involved in CAD, design reviews and technical problem-solving.
- Manage estimating, quotations, tenders and project budgets.
- Build customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Work with the Managing Director to improve processes and drive business growth.
What will you need?
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering with RPEQ registration.
- Solid engineering experience across design, manufacturing or project delivery.
- Experience managing or supervising technical staff.
- Good commercial understanding, ideally with exposure to estimating, budgeting or technical sales.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive, motivated approach.
