Our focus is training and development, we will provide on the job training from industry professionals from an entry level position. This is a position that once trained you will be supporting the Sales and Marketing Manager to ensure clients budgets and growth are met while driving outstanding results.

THE ROLE:

- Sales and Marketing Strategies through various face-to-face interactions.
- Paid National Travelling - Customer Service and Promotions.
- Public Speaking.
- Tracking Sales and KPI's.
- Collateral and Inventory Management.
- Administration and Human Resources.

DEVELOPMENT PHASES:

- Phase 1: Entry Level Sales Representative
- Phase 2: Sales Trainer
- Phase 3: Team Leader (manage 5-8 employees)
- Phase 4: Executive Sales Manager (managing 10-12 employees)
- Phase 5: Senior Sales Manager (managing the client, budgets, 20-30 employees)

- Full time availability.
- Professional level of English.
