• Manage crew bookings and job schedules in ServiceM8 based on the owner's instructions, including return visits, follow-up work and rescheduling jobs affected by weather.
• Check completed jobs, follow up with customers and assist in managing complaints or unhappy customers professionally, escalating matters to the owner when required.
• Maintain accurate customer information, job details, appointments and communication records in ServiceM8, and participate in a daily 20-minute check-in with the business owner.
