Due to the continued growth and expansion of our Land & Rehabilitation project in Moranbah, we are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to lead our on-site operations. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing project, oversee a skilled team and play a key role in driving operational performance, project delivery and future growth.

About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager, the Site Superintendent will oversee the daily operations of our Land & Rehabilitation project, ensuring safe, efficient and successful project delivery.

This senior leadership role will involve managing site personnel, coordinating rehabilitation activities, maintaining client relationships and driving operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the daily operations of a major Land & Rehabilitation project
- Manage Site Supervisors, operators and supporting maintenance teams




- Ensure project targets, schedules and environmental requirements are achieved
- Monitor equipment utilisation, workforce productivity and operational costs
- Maintain robust client relationships and ensure contractual obligations are met
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental requirements and site procedures
- Manage workforce planning, rostering and operational reporting

About You:

- Experience as a Site Superintendent or similar senior leadership role in mining or civil operations
- Strong background in mine rehabilitation, bulk earthworks or land management
- Experience managing production targets, project schedules and operational budgets
- Strong understanding of mining safety and environmental compliance requirements
- Excellent communication, leadership and client management skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver projects safely and efficiently
