About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive & Business Support Assistant to bring their warmth, initiative and organisational skills to Ache Group. You will work directly with our Managing Director and General Manager, and you will also look after the day-to-day running of the business.
We are a small team of fewer than 20 people, so this isn’t a traditional diary-and-inbox role. Without separate human resources, finance or marketing teams, our Executive & Business Support Assistant is the person who keeps Leadership organised, the office running, the team supported and the business moving forward. If you enjoy variety, like owning things from start to finish and want to see the difference your work makes, you will fit right in.
This is a full-time, office-based role, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5:30pm, in our renovated warehouse office in Glebe. There’s plenty of easy free street parking, and the metro station is just minutes away.
