The Wolf Windsor is looking for an experienced Duty Manager to join the team.

We are a fast paced and exciting venue which spans from a casual locals pub, to a busy and thriving nightclub open late on the weekends.

About the role The successful operation of the business by ensuring a high level of staff performance, focusing on guest experience. Provide leadership to the team and drive the venue's performance by taking ownership and accountability across the business. Performance includes both financial success and guest experience.

Key responsibilities

- Ensure all venue training is applied

- Promote teamwork and quality service through regular communication and coordination

- Ensure all staff are inducted correctly and have received training





- Work effectively with staff to ensure the delivery of exceptional service

- Maintain strong communication practices with the bar and kitchen team to ensure high quality of service

- Ensure safe work practises are always adhered to

- Ensure staff scheduling is adhered to and fits within operational guidelines

- Follow stock control procedures

- Drive promotions that deliver great experiences for guests and ensure repeat business

- Follow end of night procedures and safely cash up and secure the venue

About you

- Fluent in English, verbal and written

- Must obtain certifications or permits as required by local governmental agencies

- 2 years' related experience
