Data Analyst – Data Migration

CloudMarc is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support a major Salesforce and AMCS rollout, helping prepare, cleanse and validate data for migration across multiple business locations.

Duration: Initially through to the end of June, with potential extension

Location: Melbourne preferred; location flexibility may be considered

About the role

Working with the Data Migration Lead, business stakeholders and technical teams, you’ll turn complex source data into accurate, migration-ready datasets. This is a hands-on role combining data analysis, business engagement and migration delivery.

What you’ll do

- Analyse source data, business processes and migration requirements.
- Identify and resolve data gaps, duplicates, inconsistencies and quality issues.
- Develop source-to-target mappings, transformation rules and migration templates.
- Cleanse, standardise and validate datasets for Salesforce and AMCS.
- Support trial migrations, investigate rejected records and reconcile migrated data.




- Work with business stakeholders to validate outcomes and support sign-off.
- Maintain documentation and communicate data readiness, risks and dependencies.
- Support cutover and post-go-live data investigations.

What you’ll bring

- Proven experience in data analysis, data quality or data migration.
- Strong SQL and Excel skills.
- Hands-on experience with data profiling, cleansing, mapping and reconciliation.
- Confidence translating business requirements into data rules and specifications.
- Solid communication skills and experience working with technical and operational stakeholders.
- A structured approach to managing multiple datasets and migration deadlines.

Experience with Salesforce, AMCS, ETL tools, Power Query, Power BI or Python would be advantageous.
