We're creating a brand-new Content Uplift Specialist role to help tune, optimise and future-proof the content that powers our digital experience. Think of yourself as the mechanic behind the scenes, ensuring our product content engine is running at peak performance across search, eCommerce and emerging AI-powered experiences.

What You'll Be Doing

As the Content Uplift Specialist, you'll help build and implement the roadmap for how customers discover products online.

- Optimising product, category and search content to improve discoverability, engagement and conversion.
- Fine-tuning product attributes, metadata, taxonomy and structured content to ensure information is accurate, consistent and scalable.
- Applying SEO and emerging AEO best practices to improve visibility across search engines, onsite search and AI-driven experiences.
- Building and maintaining content that powers smarter product recommendations, guided selling and future AI capabilities.
- Monitoring performance metrics and identifying opportunities to improve content quality, search relevance and customer decision-making.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to bring content standards to life across the Supercheap Auto digital ecosystem.

What You'll Bring

- Experience in digital content, eCommerce, SEO, content operations, digital merchandising or product information management.
- Strong understanding of taxonomy, metadata, product data and structured content.
- Experience working with platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, CMS, PIM, CDP or similar technologies.
- A passion for creating customer-centric digital experiences backed by insights and performance data.




- The ability to balance detail and strategy while working across multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Exposure to AI-enabled search, knowledge management or content optimisation initiatives will be highly regarded.
