Role Overview
We are seeking a Communications Specialist to support a large, multi-year regulatory technology modernisation program. The role helps the organisation realise the intended business, operational and workforce outcomes of the program by preparing affected stakeholders for change, supporting adoption, improving readiness and coordinating transition activities.
You will support impact assessment, readiness tracking, communications, training coordination, stakeholder engagement and adoption activities, working alongside the Change Management Lead and program teams.
Location: Sydney/Melbourne/Brisbane/Canberra/Traralgon
Key Responsibilities
- Support change impact assessments and track readiness across staff, external users, support teams and future business-as-usual operations.
- Plan and deliver communications to support change and adoption.
- Coordinate training, knowledge transfer and transition activities.
- Support stakeholder engagement and adoption planning across business, operational and technology groups.
- Work closely with product, delivery, legal, data, engineering and ways of working teams so change activities are integrated with delivery.
- Work collaboratively in cross-functional teams in an iterative delivery environment.
- Work as one team with the organisation and other delivery partners.
- Contribute to reusable artefacts and practices that the organisation can sustain after the engagement ends.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in change analysis or communications within large technology, business, regulatory or government transformation programs.
- Experience coordinating communications, training and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Experience working in iterative, cross-functional delivery environments.
- Ability to build capability and transfer knowledge.
Due to the nature of the role , you must be an Australian Citizen. Baseline security clearance is desirable.
