As our practice continues to grow, we are looking to expand our team with experienced lawyers who are looking to build their expertise and play a meaningful role in a boutique practice.

The Opportunity

We are seeking Corporate, Tax & Estates Lawyers with 4+ years PAE through to Senior level. Depending on your experience and areas of expertise, you will work across a mix of:

- Corporate structuring, restructures and transactions
- Tax advisory and disputes
- Wills, estates and succession planning
- Asset protection and intergenerational wealth structuring

We are interested in hearing from lawyers with experience across one or more of these areas. You do not necessarily need to have experience across all three practice areas. This is an excellent opportunity to work on engaging and complex matters, develop your specialist expertise and take on a meaningful role within a growing boutique practice.

Key Areas of Practice

Corporate Law

- Advise on company and corporate structures, restructures and transactions
- Prepare and advise on shareholder agreements, constitutions and corporate governance documents
- Assist with asset transfers and ownership restructures
- Advise on corporate governance and regulatory compliance
- Provide strategic structuring advice to SMEs, family groups and private clients

Tax Advisory & Disputes

- Provide practical advice across areas including CGT, GST, Division 7A, trust taxation and Victorian duties




- Advise on restructures and tax-effective structuring and planning
- Assist clients with complex tax issues and transactions
- Act in disputes with revenue authorities, including audits, objections and negotiations

Estates & Succession

- Draft wills, testamentary trusts, powers of attorney and related estate planning documents
- Advise on estate planning, asset protection and succession strategies
- Advise family groups and high net worth clients on intergenerational wealth and succession planning
- Assist with probate and estate administration
- Advise on estate disputes and related succession matters

About You

We are looking for lawyers with at least 4 years PAE, including experienced and Senior Lawyers. You will ideally have:

- Admission to practise in Australia
- 4+ years PAE
- Experience in corporate law, tax, estates and succession planning, or a combination of these areas
- Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills
- The ability to provide clear, practical and commercially focused advice
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence managing matters and communicating directly with clients
- A collaborative approach, together with the ability to work independently
