The Role
- Full-time Camp Cook at Cone Bay
- 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off roster
- 12-hour days on a remote, coastal island
- Work with a supportive, team-focused crew
What Your Week Looks Like
- Plan menus for dietary needs and intolerances
- Prepare nutritious meals, served on time
- Cook ahead for vessel trips
- Order supplies and stocktake to minimise wastage
- Keep galley, dining areas, amenities and laundry spotless
What You Bring
- Current Food Safety qualifications
- Cooking experience, ideally in remote or camp settings
- High standards of hygiene and cleanliness
- Fitness for a physically demanding role
- Reliable, flexible and a great team player
